The Price Is Right

Yesterday me and a few friends and friends of friends got to go on the price is right. It was a very interesting experience. In total there was a couple hundred of us that got to be in the audience. When we arrived we had to wait for 3 hours. During this waiting period we filled out some forms, got our photos taken, had a group photo shoot and were even interviewed. I will say though that we were interviewed as a group. In the group that I was in there were 15 of us. It was during the interview process that they decide who gets in but you don't know until they make the announcements on stage. The stage looks really big on TV but in reality it is small. In the actually studio you were forbidden to take your cell phone or any other device that takes photographs etc. I personally did not get picked as a contestant but I had a blast in the audience and am sure (hopefully) that I got my 15 minutes of fame sitting next to a really loud Hispanic guy. That specific episode will air on the 27th of Feb.

There is a part of me that wishes to have been picked as a contestant but there is a another part of me that feels grateful to have been able to experience the process. And there you have it folks. My Thursday experience. Today being Friday was relatively calm. I got some day job biz marketing done and did a shit load of laundry. I also did a lot of social media update. Tomorrow I am having lunch with a bunch of high school friends so I will keep you posted. Stay tuned till then.
